Ellie McGrath is a seasoned energy industry professional with extensive experience in operations management, sales leadership, and energy efficiency project development. As the Director of Operations at World Energy Services, Ellie oversees and implements strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency, manage high-performing teams, and enhance overall profitability. She plays a critical role in mentoring project management and development teams, ensuring seamless execution of energy efficiency and sustainability projects  

Prior to her current role, Ellie served as Director of Sales, where she was responsible for training staff on a diverse suite of energy solutions and emerging technologies. She worked closely with C-level executives, government officials, and business owners to develop sustainability strategies and maximize utility incentives, driving revenue growth and project success. 

With over a decade of experience in the energy sector, Ellie has a strong background in commercial energy efficiency and sustainability projects, having led multi-million-dollar initiatives as an Energy Specialist Team Lead. She has successfully recruited, trained, and managed teams while maintaining one of the company's largest individual sales quotas. Her expertise spans energy audits, project scope development, ROI analysis, and utility incentive programs, making her a key driver of innovative energy solutions.

Ellie also brings valuable sales leadership experience from her time at Bulbs.com, where she managed a commercial sales team and played a pivotal role in customer acquisition, retention, and training programs. She holds certifications in NAILD Lighting Specialist I & II and has completed advanced workshops in LED technology and lighting trends.
