Caitlynn Reynolds is a highly motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional with over nine years of experience in corporate and private accounting. She has a proven track record of managing complex financial operations, optimizing accounting processes, and providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership.  

Currently serving as a Controller at World Energy Services, Caitlynn plays a key role in financial reporting, analysis, payroll, and tax compliance. She is responsible for preparing and delivering monthly financial statements, managing multi-state sales tax filings, and overseeing month-end closing activities. Her expertise extends to commission calculations, audit preparation, and payroll reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. 

Over the past ten years, Caitlynn has grown with the company, starting as an intern and advancing through roles as Staff Accountant and Senior Accountant to her current position as Controller. She also gained hands-on experience in tax preparation and bookkeeping during her tenure as an Accounting Intern at a CPA firm.

Caitlynn holds a Master of Business Administration from Nichols College, along with a Certificate of Advanced Critical Thinking and Decision Making. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.

With a strong command of accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, and Salesforce CRM, Caitlynn is adept at leveraging technology to enhance productivity and streamline financial workflows. Her excellent communication and leadership skills enable her to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders in both in-person and remote work environments.
