Karen Galipeau is an experienced finance leader with over twenty-five years of strategic and hands-on management experience spanning the pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, and entertainment industries.  She is a catalyst for change and excels at optimizing efficiency, clarity, and structure to drive productivity in the areas of operational and annual planning, business process improvement and team dynamics.  

Karen spent the first part of her career focusing on the accounting discipline at Foxwoods Casino, Textron and Pfizer.  She shifted her focus at Pfizer from accounting to financial analysis where she continued to excel in senior leadership roles in Finance and Operations. Karen continued her career at smaller organizations establishing and enhancing the accounting and finance function in her role as VP of Finance at both Global Value Lighting and Dominion Diagnostics. 

Karen has a BS in Accounting and MBA from the University of Rhode Island and is a Certified Public Accountant.
